The Sales Manager position will be focused on making sales calls, collecting leads, building relationships and creating sales orders. This role tentatively reports to the CEO and requires regular communications regarding ongoing jobs and market updates.

Job Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred), or equivalent experience in similar or related manufacturing operation(s).
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in or related experience.
● Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, practices, and procedures. ● Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Quicken) and ERP systems.
● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
● Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting purposes.
● Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
● Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, specific skills, and years of experience.
