How to delete your MeterHome app account

Deleting your account will:

  • Remove your access to the MeterHome app.

  • Remove your name, phone number and email address associate with that account

  • Remove the binding between that account and any Meter device(s)

  • NOT remove the data of any Meter device(s) binded with that account

Steps to delete your account:

  • Tap on the Settings button

  • Tap on the Account Details tab

  • Tap on the Delete Account button

  • Enter your account email to confirm

    Delete Account Instruction Step 4

  • Tap on the delete button
